We’ll meet on a 45 min video call, so I recommend using another device for the video, so that you have your phone free to make changes on it.

I work with Millennials and Gen Z-ers who feel out of control with their phone use and emotions around their online lives. We often think we can’t get away from our phones, when really we have the power all along.
My intention is to empower you to live the life you want to live, take the time you’re using on your phone to give back to the world in an impactful way, and reconnect with your real life outside of your online life.
We are living in a new era of over-connectivity, extreme communication in the online world which leads to feeling disconnected in our real lives. As humans, we have an instinctual urge to connect with the world around us. We can take back the power from these addictive online programs.
I believe we can live a better life by slowing down, not by getting rid of your phone all together, but turning it back into a useful tool and developing the emotional skills to connect with the world around us.
