You’ll learn how to use your brain to overcome your urges to pick up your phone and scroll, so you can still use your phone and social media, but it will be under your control because you will understand what your brain and social media is doing to you. 

Here’s where you’re at now:

  • You are overwhelmed with seeing what everyone else is doing and what is happening in the world. You feel like you always have to answer texts and emails as they come in, and to essentially be on call all the time. You think you can’t live without your phone. What if there’s an emergency or we miss a news alert or someone needs us?

  • So you scroll social media and we see what other people are doing constantly, and see the bad news happening in the world.

  • Then to avoid those feelings of guilt or helplessness, you scroll more and you play games and you shop and you waste your life away.

  • You feel debilitated to do anything about the world around you or to change your life in a way that is against the status quo you see online.

 

But I’m here to tell you that you can change that!

 

  • You don’t have to answer texts or feed into the news feed and like things you don’t like or comment because “everyone expects it”.

  • You can decide how you want to act and what you want to do.

  • You can say what you think and feel.

  • You can help the world in whatever way you want to.

  • You can change your life.

You just have to get off your phone to do it.

Phones, and all the apps that come with them, are a part of our life and it’s not going away anytime soon.

So instead of feeling overwhelmed, anxious or unfocused, we have to learn how to live with our phone peacefully and use it as a tool.

In the Control the Scroll coaching program, you will learn how to:

  • live comfortably with and without your phone,

  • how to process your emotions surrounding your phone use (no more FOMO, comparison or anxiety!), and

  • be able to put your phone down easily without white knuckling it thinking about the next time you can pick it up again

  • feel peace when using your phone instead of anxiety or overwhelm

Is this an online course?

No, this is one-on-one coaching with me. When you sign up, you’ll be paying for six weeks of one-on-one coaching with me. Not a video series or course. After you sign up, you’ll get a link to schedule your first session with me.

Is this in person or on Zoom?

Our coaching sessions take place on Zoom for 55 min each week for six weeks. I also provide worksheets and email support during this time.
