I'm not saying any of these things is bad, I think we give ourselves an excuse to indulge in things that may not actually make our lives better.

If we don't have intention behind our actions, we can just waste our lives away.

Sometimes, we need to zone out on our phones. Other times, we do it out of habit and are unaware.
