Green (not Black) Friday!

Instead of Black Friday, it's Green Friday today!

Whether you're shopping or not (no judgment - I went shopping too), the point of Green Friday is to mend things you already have or make something to give as a gift instead of buying all new things, not falling into the cycle of shopping just because it's the day you're supposed to buy a lot of stuff (unless you truly want it).

This is just a friendly reminder to get intentional and think about what you actually need and want before buying something just because it's on sale.

We can get very excited when we see a sale. It can be fun to click on the Cyber Monday sales and see all the things you can buy for cheap. And it's cool when it's something you truly want that will be useful or make you happy in your life. But sometimes we buy things to feel better about ourselves, to meet some ideal we see on Instagram or to cover up some deeper feelings.

If you need some help weeding through the shiny things you see online and comparison, sign up for a free 30 min coaching call to see what it's all about.

This work is revolutionary. When you slow down and think about what you really want and who you really are, life becomes so much better. We'll talk about how you really want to live your life and how you can get there.
