What's Wrong with Phone Addiction
Did you know that when you think, “I'm addicted to my phone”, it makes you more addicted?
It makes you turn to your phone even more.
It gives you an excuse to give up.
And it makes you judge yourself that much more for being ‘addicted’.
Because what we think is attached to the results we get in our lives.
When you think you’re addicted to your phone, it becomes a problem.
But if you look at the actual amount of time you use your phone per day, it makes it just a fact, not a judgment.
To use your phone less, start by looking at the actual amount of screen time you have (in your phone's settings). Then think why it that a problem for you? And then you can decide how much you want to use it.
You can change how much you use your phone without judging yourself.
I just finished a 6 week transformative program with two clients who took their phone use down 25%, they got more work done with less anxiety, and they started doing more of the things they love.
If you want to talk about how to reduce your phone use and improve your life while doing it, book a free consultation call with me here to find out if you want to get off your phone and transform your life.
